Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Meguru application ("Service") operated by Meguru ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Meguru is a visual daily planner application that provides a 24-hour radial interface for scheduling and task management. The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar.

3. User Accounts

When you connect your Google account to Meguru, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions

Some features of the Service are available on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for the Subscription. At the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged for the Subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Meguru. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google Calendar. Your use of Google Calendar is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Meguru be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
