1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Meguru application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Meguru is a productivity application that provides visual daily planning and calendar synchronization features. The App is provided "as is" and is intended for personal use.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your usage of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Meguru and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google Calendar. Your use of Google Calendar is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such third-party services.

6. Service Termination and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. This includes, but is not limited to, the discontinuation of service for users who have purchased lifetime access or any other subscription tier. Upon termination or discontinuation of the App: (a) you will lose access to all App features and services; (b) no refunds will be provided for any fees paid, including lifetime access purchases; and (c) we shall have no liability or responsibility to you for such termination or discontinuation. We may also terminate or suspend your individual access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Meguru, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
